If these boards are used with food, it is suggested that baking paper is placed down first, as moisture will be absorbed into the wood.

Care Instructions: To clean an Artisan Serving Board, wipe down with spray & wipe and a damp cloth. Artisan Serving Boards are not dishwasher safe and should not be washed with water.
