Why get my property staged? 

Staging a property helps buyers visualise themselves living there.

It creates a visual flow and cohesiveness between spaces.

Creating beautifully presented spaces that buyers will fall in love with, Ultimately helps increase the overall market appeal of your property and sell for a higher price!.

How does it work?

One of our expert team will visit your property to discuss how to best present your home for sale.

Whether it is a full style or working with some of your existing furniture our stylists can assist you with a solution to fit your needs.

Once the job is confirmed and paid, we will arrive with our careful and trusted team to transform your house ready to sell.

After the sale or close of terms, we will organise a suitable time for collection.

How much Does it cost?

This depends on what your property requires, and the size of your home. If we can use existing furniture it will be more cost efficient than a full stage.

One of our stylists can guide you through the process, ensuring the property looks its best for sale. 

Where are you based?

We are based in Mangawhai, which is about 1.5 hours north of Aucklands CBD.

We offer home staging services in Mangawhai, Te Arai, Kaiwaka, Langs Beach, Waipu, Ruakaka, Omaha, Warkworth + Matakana.  

And in 2024, due to demand, we are now open to the greater Kaipara region + beyond - Staging and Stlying homes all the way from One tree point to  Orewa and the Hibiscus Coast .

Can I just get you out for a consult? 

Absolutley! 

Our consultation fee is $260+ gst. We can be onsite for up to two hours, working through your property from top to bottom- giving touch points in each room and reccommendations.

If you then book a staging or styling service with us over the value of $1500, we will reimburse 50% of this cost back to you. 

How long are your terms? 

Current terms are 4 paid weeks +1 free.

One week is dedicated pre the property going live for photography purposes.

Although this can be dependent on how quickly you need to go to market + if you need flexibility with auction dates, let us know!

What are your payment terms?

Full payment is required pre installation. 

I need items for photography / a shoot location, Can I hire a few bits? 

Absolutley! 

We often have brands come to us to assist with 'styling items' for their shoots. 

We can hire things for a weekend or just a day depending on what you need.
